How do I get my old account back
I created an account in August or September of this year with the name XyLy and played BWS3 and had over 1000 stars there, but now it was overwritten somehow, I was able to create a new account with the same name (this one), which shouldn't be possible, I forgot to wich E-Mail my old account was connected to and I uninstalled the game once, but as you don't delete accounts my old XyLy account has to be somewhere. How do I get it back? That's how it looked 2 days ago. I can't find that account.😓

Hey I got my account back, as I could still login into it via the game after reinstallement, I changed the email of the account so that the 2 accounts won't be mixed up again.

I had an account of the name of XyLy with over 1000 stars which I opened in August or September of 2021, I forgot the e-Mail I connected it to, but no E-mail of mine worked when logging in. I accedintally created this account, which is a new one with the same name as the old one, which should be impossible as you don't delete accounts. Can you help? That's how it looked a few days ago. What can I do to get my old account back.

Without you knowing your previous email or the ID for your old account there is no way of retrieving it.
You have now opened a new account and used a different email this is why you were able to re join 👍⭐

Hi @XyLy As you have 2 accounts we need the ID for the one you are not going to use
Otherwise we would have to close the both.
You can obtain your ID by selecting profile or connect then tap the word king at the top 👍⭐

I connected only one account to the game. The other only exists on this site. The two accounts are connected to two seperate emails and the one I use to play is not able to be connected to the forum (this site), i don't know what's wrong there. But anyways the one I want deleted is the one you are writing with. So the XyLy account which is connected to**Edit by CM: removed personal info.**

About closing this Community account, I cannot seem to find another Community account that is linked to this one, so I'm not sure you have another account here with us.
