I made it to the final level but when I go into the game, I don't have the notification or anything to play the final level. I've looked in the app and online and it just tells me to install the app. How do I play the final level?

Hello, is Golden Finale on? I'm qualified and should be playing it now but there's nothing coming my way in the game yet. Can anyone share ideas why? Thanks

I came in 1/st place in my group and for some reason I couldnโt get on to play the finale. Feeling so sad and disappointed. Oh but congratulations to all of you who are playing

Okay so i played alot every week. Made it 1st place each time. I was excited for the golden tournament. I got to play 3 rounds and then after 3rd round completed it said i completed all rounds. Yet I never got to play round 4 or 5 and now i have 0 shot at 1st place. Please fix this.
