It sounds like you may be having a connection issue. You could also try reinstalling the app.

Do you play on a mobile device and if yes, have you tried disconnecting the game app from Facebook and reconnecting it to see if that helps?
Which device do you play on by the way?

Please do not advise players to uninstall there game. This is something only we would reccomend but only after we have gone through some trouble shooting and it's a last resort as players will loose boosters and sometimes levels
As you will have seen our community manager has already left advice for this player 👍
