The have keeps crashing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game but it's still doing it. It started last night.

Sorry to hear this can you tell me if you are playing BW2 or BW3 do you use Facebook and what device you are using then I can find out if we have any known issues at the moment 👍⭐

I am playing BW3 and I have a Samsung galaxy note 10+. Yes, I use Facebook as well. It started a couple of days ago and seems to happen mostly when I try to watch an ad for a free booster. Been playing for years and never had a issue like this. Thanks

This can happen with adds as they are still in the test stage and not rolled out to everyone
You can be going along fine one minute with any features but they can also contain blips along the way.
Unfortunately all you can do is not select the adds for a while and let's hope they return for you 👍⭐

It seems odd that it's been fine for years and suddenly it's an issue but thanks I guess.
