Hi @T3grant442 , can you tell me did you change phones or uninstall your game? Did it take you back to level 1? If your game was saved then restoring you progress is easy. Just play one level then log out and turn your device off for around 10 seconds, turn it back on and you should then be back to your level. If not it will mean your game wasn't saved.
If it did not work, please give us your ID# and we can see if we can help get it back for you. Please let us know what level you were currently on.

If you " back-up " your apps, as I do, to your email then you can uninstall your game...reinstall...then use your backed up info to sign in .. Info " backed up " means saved... I hope this helps.. Also, one the BW3 community homepage are GREAT detailed instructions on just about everything to do with BW3 or King games for that matter.. Cheers...
