Can you log out of the game and turn your device off for a couple of minutes let's see if that helps

Hi .. I don't know what happened to my game.. I was playing 2hrs back and when I wanted to play again .. it's gone... no idea what happened..I install it again... I got my level back I was in 3052 but all the houses, boosters stardust all gone... can I get it back is there any possibility??? Pls help

Hi @taef Yes unfortunately if you uninstall you do loose these things that we can not replace.

However if any of your boosters was purchased you can use the contact us tab at the bottom of this page to request a refund 👍⭐
