I am so MAD! I am sick and tired of the problems with this game! It misfires too often, freezes leaving me to shut it down completely and restart the entire game app, and lies! For instance… a few levels ago my very last bubble to shoot was red. I shot it at 4 red birds AND NOTHING HAPPENED!!! Even as I watched a couple of ads for extra turns, I shot another res bubble AND ONLY TWO OUT OF THE FOUR RES BIRDS WERE RESCUED! I took a screenshot and circled my last shot before watching ads for more turns so I have photographic evidence. As for the misfires… A couple of months ago for example I was about a foot away from my phone and the game shot one of my bubbles all on it’s own and that wasn’t the first time it had happened. Sometimes I will tap my screen only one time to shoot a bubble and it will shoot two or three by itself instead. I have read many comments and have learned that there are quite a few complaints about this game. I have been playing for over 6 years and never once encountered a single problem until all of the updates beginning early last year. I have put way too much time, energy, AND MONEY into this game for there to be so many problems. FIX!!! IT!!! 😡😡

@CerbeRus777 - here is my take on your six numbers perfect match - either you are the developer of the game, you are friends of the developers ( I am just kidding, of course) or you are so good and lucky with this game. 😁 I honestly believe you are a very talented player and I admire your skills.

I am so sorry you are having problems. We, of course want you to have a good time with the game, but this is not the place to try to resolve any issues. Any issues should be reported in support or discussion and we can talk with you there. You can see the tabs at the top left of this page. If you will, please log out of your phone, turn it off wait a bit, turn it back on and sign back in. Maybe a reset will take care of this. Again if it doesn't please use the tabs above to discuss the issue. 😀👻
