How to get access to level 5000 event?

I don’t have the level 5000. How do you get it?

It came up after I logged out & then back in. But now it’s still there like it hasn’t bn finished. I clicked on all the levels & it’ll let me redo level 5 but doesn’t give me the chest again. When I look it looks like it’s stuck between level 5 & the chest. Idk why but it’s stuck. Thanks for ur help though. Here’s a pic
