If you are looking for a refund, you need to go to your Google Play Store or to your iTunes account and dispute the purchase so you can get a refund.
If items have been lost and you would like them to be replaced, contact our Player Suppor Team directly from the mobile device:
Open the game map and select the 3 lines and then Help Center:
Select Purchase and Gold Bars:
Now select one of the options that describe your issues and scroll down until you see Contact Us:
