Connection issues, Won't connect with Google or FB account!

I don't know what's going on with this game. But, it keeps telling me that I can't connect my Google account and it's blocked. Then when I try to connect my Facebook to the game. It tells me there's no account. And, it's giving me errors everytime.

What can I do?

I play on a Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus. I am trying to say that neither Google nor Facebook can link our accounts.

Hi @RisingRose It must be a PC or mobile as Facebook is no longer supported

However if you usually connect through those platforms although you shouldn't be able to anymore so that's puzzling but it won't be a king issue it will be the platforms you are using as we currently have no known connection issues 👍
