Why can’t I play Bubble Witch 3 Saga on iOS 9 and Android 4 anymore?

We’ve got some important news to share with you!

As of 30 May 2022, Bubble Witch 3 Saga will no longer support iOS 9 and Android 4.

You’ll need to upgrade the operating system on your device, which may mean you need to upgrade your device itself, so it’s best to check with your manufacturer to be certain.

If you don’t have a King account, or haven't got the game saved and connected to your Facebook, we recommend that you create one. This will ensure that all your hard-earned progress will not be lost but carried over when you update your operating system.

Unfortunately, if you’re not able to upgrade the operating system on your device, we can’t promise you’ll have the best game experience.

You won’t be able to play any new levels, and you won’t receive any new features or events. Online Player vs Player features will also be unavailable when playing on an older version of the game.

Please also be aware that we can’t guarantee that bugs and issues will be fixed for you since these will be resolved in new updates for the latest version of the game only.

Update iOS on your Apple device:

1. Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
2. Tap Automatic Updates, then turn on Download iOS Updates.
3. Turn on Install iOS Updates. Your device will automatically update to the latest version of iOS or iPad OS. Some updates might need to be installed manually.

Update Android on your device:

1. Open your phone's Settings app.
2. Near the bottom, tap System and then System Update.
3. You'll see your update status. Follow any steps on the screen.

Why don’t they fix this? It is so frustrating and I cannot get past level 1866. Why did this problem suddenly start a week ago? Seriously thinking of not playing any games if King can’t figure out what is wrong!

Sorry you are having trouble

Have you tried logging out and restarting your device to see if it corrects this

Also is the level freezing at the start or part way through

Could you post a screenshot of the time it freezes as this will help us to help you better 👍⭐

Game freezes part way through when trying for additional bubbles. x

Why I cannot login using my google account, it says the game has been blocked?

Hi @rudy_lee14 yes we have had this with Microsoft too

You will need to contact Google customer services and give them the lock out code for them to remove the block as this is not king blocking players 💓
