I changed my phone but all my booster power and lives gone. Is it for real?

Yes @marilenv, logging in the account on the new device it will lose your boosters in your game.

Yes that is correct the reason for this is because boosters are saved to your device and not your game

However if you have purchased any you can select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and our support team will reimburse you 👍⭐

Hi there. If you are updated to a new phone and both the old and new are iPhones, your boosters and data should be saved by using the iPhone data transfer feature. I've done this before! Just FYI :)
