Freezes when I try to purchase spells or gold bars.
I have installed BWS3 on my laptop and lost all of my progress. After accepting that I started over and I mistakenly selected the option to buy spells/bars. I cancelled it bc it was in error on my part. Now I can't buy anything. Every time I try it freezes at the turning circle stage. I minimize the window and it completes loading and says that I cancelled the purchase. Same exact thing happens every time. Can anyone help me with this so I can buy things? Note: I have reinstalled 3 times to no avail.

What device was you previously using and could you purchase with that device
Have you installed with windows 10
Do you definitely have an account attached to your game to enable you to purchase 👍
