My flowers are empty

My flowers ate empty. I have rebooted my phone but it didn't help. Any ideas out there?

Hi @Darlene06 I have experienced this its usually when the connection is running low on my part but after logging out not just closing the game and leaving my device off for a few minutes it will reset but I have had to do this a couple of times to get it back
