Struggle with level 4601

Hi, I have had a problem for a few days. The game kicks me out mostly when I am about to finish a level. I can finish two or three levels but then I am struggling with the same level for hours, I can't finish it because the game kicks me out. So I have to start to same level over and over again. I already tried everything but nothing could fix my problem. I am on level 4601.

Can someone help me?

Could you please try logging out not just closing your game then turn your device off for a few minutes let's see if this resets it for you

You can find this by selecting the 3 dashes bottom left of your start up screen then select profile then tap the word king at the top this will reveal your ID 👍⭐

Thank you for your patience! May I ask if you have the latest game app version installed, can you check that? You mentioned that this had happened before, so it's not only while playing level 4601, correct?

There might be a storage issue with the new event and graphics. This can be too much for some devices. Can you check that you have enough storage on your device?

I have had this problem for 4-5 days.

Sometimes I can finish two or three levels without the problem. And the next level kicks me out at the beginning or or at the end of the level or or when I want to see an ad when I start a level for a magic help. I checked the app, it says the last version is 11th July.

My phone has still 78 GB storage.

I hardly have any applications I don't have videos I have only 80 pictures.
