Level 2228 keeps freezing

I have been stuck on level 2228 for three days and no matter what I do, it freezes at the end. I can't compete it and I can't get out of it. I have to shut it down and re-open it to try again. I really enjoy this game, but, this issue is making me consider just deleting it. Anyone else having this problem?

Can I first check that are playing BW3 using windows 10 on a PC or a mobile device only 👍

Hi @MrsMurch Thank you for confirming

Can you please check you have the latest game version by selecting your phones settings then apps then select BW3 and scroll to the bottom it should read 7.21.71

If this is correct can you please log out not close the game and leave your device off for at least 2 minutes

This should reset it for you
