Piggy bank only 45 gold bars now???

After my complaints to my husband about him dropping $60 a game for his PS4, I totalled it up and I've spent over $100 on BWS3. I am on approx level 2930. The majority of my spending is on the piggy bank. I have it at level 28 now. I will almost always will by the 50 gold to open up the Witch's Path. I noticed that this time it was saying the piggy bank full yet it only has 45 gold in it. If I can't use it to open the path, I won't be spending any more cash on this game. I really hope it's just a glitch...

The piggy bank cap has been reviewed a while ago now and will be slowly filtering out to all players 👍💓

I am also getting the 45 gold bar cap. What do you mean by "will be slowly filtering out to all"? Will our piggy bank get back to 50 gold bars again?
