Bubblewitch level issues

Hi. I played level 6039 twice, cleared all bubbles and it still says one needs to be cleared - but there are none on the screen. I spent 74 gold bars in this process which is very annoying. How can I get a refund and a fix for this issue?

    Hi @efimel yes the clear all owls it's very rare but sometimes does happen and is very dissapointing but as once you close your game and restart your device it clears the blip our studio can not duplicate it so it is difficult to create fix with a blip that corrects itself

    Sorry you experienced this but unfortunately we can not refund you

    However if you want to select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page supply your game ID and your complaint our customer services may compensate you πŸ‘β­

    Hi. Thanks for the response. I have tried restarting the game and my device several times without success. Since this is clearly a game/app glitch, it needs to be addressed and fixed on your side. As for the refund, it’s truly unacceptable that it cannot happen since, again, it’s a game/app problem. Very disappointing!
