After last Update I play All Alone 😟

Hey BW3 Family,

does anyone else have Issues with BW3 lately? After my Update yesterday I can't compete against other players anymore, tree awakening users are mainly inactive players so that I'm stuck after collecting 2 flowers since it won't allow to collect all 4 by yourself. And waiting 24h to continue stops the Fun Factor! I also lost ALL the Event Play where you compete against other Players in 7 days to earn the Golden Chest. I was in first Place and ALL dissapeared on me( collected over 600 coins). If I can't compete against others- earning rewards- plus play Tree Awakening with active Players then this fun Game is very depressing playing by yourself :( Customer Service replies back in German even though I report the Game Bugs in English. So far my Issues have not been solved. Hope someone can find the Errors and make my Gameplay Experience 5 Stars ⭐again Thank You❣
