Level 2

I keep getting a message that says my license needs to be refreshed or renewed? I don't know what that means. I can play one game then it locks up. I back out and have to click on a different King game in order to play again.

    And now I am getting this on both games I play. I have tried to upgrade but the upgrades won't download.

    What device and platform do you use

    Can you clear cache check for any pending updates and log out not just close the game then turn your device off for a couple of minutes πŸ’“

    Kindle Fire. 7th gen. I just cleared the cache and now I have lost all my progress too. I have again tried to load the upgrade and nothing happens. I tried to sign on again and it said I had no account info and had to create a new one. Now what?

    Yes once you play a level then close your progress usually does return

    You do need to playing using Windows 10 or above on a pc or a mobile phone as they are supported by king

    This will be why you are not receiving any updates and you will experience issues πŸ’“

    Ok. Problem solved. I deleted the games entirely from my Kindle. Then I went back to my Amazon account and down loaded them again. I could see them in the cloud but kept getting a download error so I contacted Amazon game help. I had previously tried emptying my storage and cache for the games as suggested by someone in the Community. but that did not solve the problem., Amazon help directed my to empty the storage and cache for the APP STORE and not only do I have my games back, I see features that I had lost before.
