Good afternoon.
Today and yesterday i can not use gold for extra moves... Everything works fine. Good connection etc etc. Except for the end of a level not completing. And i stil have GB
Is this known? Is this fixable?

Hi sorry you are experiencing this but rest assured you will not be charged this is a connection blip please clear cache and log out then turn off your device this should reset set it for you 💓

Actually Its still there.... I guess the problem is in the app store? I cant update the game also....?
Hi @Xxander Yes you will need to keep updating so as not to experience issues
Can you explain and send a screenshot of what happens when you try to update
Also can you clear the in game cache from your devices settings

The app store gives a really quick disappearing notification. Unable to get a screenshot. If not impossible. I filed a report twice now. The update button is there, but seconds after pressing it, it stops and get the general notification to file a report.... So no updates are possible, for now.
And ingame i keep getting to following screens, also after clearing cache. So I keep getting the following ingame notifications
After not finishing a level (translates like: "magic in progress" and "oeps, no products availible ")
And even when i press my piggybank (translates like; no products availible)
Owh, im playing on a Android tablet.
Well, I probably can re-install the game as playstore wont let me find it....
The GB i actually dont mind as bad. But now my teambord is freezing up, with no possible way out. Is this the same as the previous problem, or is that known?
Hi @Xxander It seems as more problems are coming along as no trouble shooting is working and if you feel comfortable doing it then a uninstall seems the only thing left

Yeah! I was thinking the same.... I usually "save up" boosters for when i really really need them. I will play them away this week, so i can remove and reinstal. This is getting a bit to much 😇

Hi @Xxander It appears there is an issue with your play store and in turn it will create these issues as our ingame trouble shooting is not working and it should
The next step would be to try with disabling your play store, turn your device off for a couple of minutes then enable the play store this may reset it for you
The final step would be to uninstall we don't recommend this lightly as you would loose any boosters but sometimes its the only way as a last resort
The final decision to uninstall is always left with our players but we let you know that any boosters would be lost 💓
