Why did my 5 extra balls disappear?

I joined the community to get a badge for passing level 1000, and not only can’t I figure out where those badges are, but the five extra balls I usually have for always passing the level the first time have disappeared How do I get those back? And, is there a reason I’m not getting the option to watch an ad for a surprise special ball? I also just realized that for whatever reason, even though I’ve passed every level on the first attempt, many, including all the levels I’ve won tonight, haven’t turned gold. Why is this?

At this point the only thing I’ve gained by joining the community is extra email.

To claim your level badges please select the links below and post your screenshots 👇

Level 1000

Level 2000

Level 3000

Level 4000

The extra shots and adds are events the same as all our others we have in our game and are not permanent

Our studio will occasionally shuffle any event around as they are not rolled out to everyone this way others can experience these events its just a case of waiting until they return

With your gold pins they should show if you have completed levels on your first attempt this may just be a blip its worth checking for updates, clearing cache then logg out not just close the game and turn your device off and on if it is a blip this should clear it for you

Regarding receiving lots of mail you can alter this by selecting your avatar top right of your screen then select edit profile then scroll down to edit notifications from here you can tick or un-tick your preferences
