Password Reset Email Not Going Through

I'm hoping someone can help with this. I've tried to reset my password several times over the weekend (both on the computer and mobile), but the link to reset my password is never emailed to me. I have checked both my spam and inbox. I would hate to lose all the progress made, especially the witch house and kitty home I've built. Please help me!

@saranolan01 , would you be able to help me with the original question at all regarding my password link never sending to my email?

I've tried many times, uninstalled/reinstalled the app on my new phone, and tried the request a new password on the computer and yet no emails are going through to reset the password. It is not going through to my spam box either.

Hi @KayMole Can you check you have the receive e mails ticked

You can do this by selecting your avatar top right of this page then select edit then scroll down to notification preferences

From here you can select your choices

You can always turn it back off if you wish to stop emails

Let's give it a go and see if it helps

A tip... when you enter your email please don't use the auto fill re type it all manually before selecting forgotten password
