Bubble Witch Saga 3

I just got a new Android tablet and tried to buy some gold bars so I can buy more moves but when I press on the button to buy them I keep getting something that goes round and round saying that the purchase (or payment) is in progress, but it never completes so I can't get my bars.

Hi @ESchwartz , you are probably not connected. Go to the cog wheel, tap that, then you will see profile. Check to see if you are connected. It could be the wifi. So please check that.

I'm on level 1700s and I have not been able to purchase items with fairy dust for a couple weeks. When I click on house it says congratulations your starcats are amazed .…I have over 60,000 dustdust

How do I get my game to update to new levels? I have completed 10540. For several days it has said new levels available. When I click the update button nothing happens. This occurs on all 3 of my devices.
