I have moved to level 2013, when opene have game bubbles but no game appears

have restarted phone tried cancel all to no effect

Can you try clearing the game cache from your device settings menu in your apps option then log out not just close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you

Also please check you have no pending updates in your app store 💓
