I've noticed over the years that when this game has problems it's when a side game is uploaded and things go downhill.
If you are having this problem, it has been resolved. You need to update the game through your Microsoft store or play store depending on your device then close everything down and leave your device off for a moment or two 🤗

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
