Hi my friends this needs to be raised with our CM but before I do I need your game ID and the device and platform you use to play your game 💓

playing on Windows 10 on a Microsoft Surface Pro. BW3 starts and is in Debug mode and says No Internet Connection but there is an internet connection. My CoreUserId is 14689005663 . Network: says Apple but I have no Apple on my network… version identified as bubblewitch3_8.3.0.0_release/8.3.0_20240423_le80e643ce5_release_qa . Thank you for your help.

I too have a similar problem as listed above as well as @maf34100: @Snow_Rider. While I would love to keep the 38,991 Gold Bars, I would rather keep my original game play.as I was at the last current game Level of the game for last week. I played the Bubble Debug game play just for fun while waiting for the new Levels to be released today. I too have no desire to start from Level 60. Please help as soon as possible. @Stlla_1
