Why did i lost everything?

Hello,

on Monday i played the Game like Everyday and everything was fine.

On Tuesday i woke up and startet the game.

I was not connectet to my Account anymore. So i filled the needet informationen and loged back to my Account. There was another Name and another Picture.

The level was the same but everything else was lost.

I changed the Name and the Picture to the right one.

Now i´m stuck in level 8032 and cant play this game anymore, because everything what i have build over the years is gone.

When i deinstall the Game and reinstall it, i come back to Level 8032 but w/o any Spells.

The Question is what happend on your Server that i lost everything?

I didnt change Device, didnt update my Phone, nothing changed from Monday to Tuesday.

The game was Backed up, because i come back to level 8032 but Stellas House and everything else is lost.

Hi my friend unfortunately yes once you uninstall you do loose any boosters thats why we never recommend this process unless all other trouble shooting advice here in the community has failed

However if you had purchased any of your boosters then please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they can check your account and reimburse you 💓

well i would say that is the badest support what you can get.

Something went wrong with your Server and you cant even undo the Problem what you have caused.

Thanks for spending some Years with the Game.

But it seems its time to say Good Bye to the Bubbles.

Btw when i changed from 1 Mobile Phone to another before 2 Years. There was no Problem. Everything went fine, even the boosters got into the new Phone. And now you want to tell me its bad to deinstall the Game and reinstall because you lose the boosters. Thats a wrong answer. Maybe thinking of changing your Job?

I can tell you excatly what happend: in your Server somehow 2 Accounts got mixed and endet in 1 Account. Account 1 was in level 1 and had nothing and Account 2 was my Account where i was in round 8032. In the mix of the 2 Accounts only the level stayed and everything else was overwriten.

But yeah its easyer to say the Customer is wrong.
