I have asked for lives about 30 times but never get any????

Lives can be hit and miss its just a case of resending requests although you have already but eventually they will start to come through
In the meantime let's try a refreshing your device
For android
Clear the cache from your device settings menu select apps then bw3 then select Storage and clear the cache
For iPhone go to Settings, then General, then iPhone Storage, and selecting the app you want to clear
Overloaded cache can cause many issues
Also always make sure you have a strong Internet connection and no pending updates its also useful to occasionally leave your device off for a moment or two 💓
