I am working with support.…they are asking for my User ID number - for both BW2 and BW3. I provided my King ID Community ID 98988999889. Clicking on the King logo twice in my Profile is not working. Please help me! Thank you
Hi - although I didn't completely resolve the issue on my tablet, I was given the ID User numbers for BW2 and BW3. Success!

Hi @PrettyBubbles I received an email with an alternative to sending videos. Kevin said he is "taking over from here". I had asked for a Supervisor to become involved and was told no. I am sure this ix a result of your involvement 🤩

The latest is they are asking what email address I set BW2 with? I do have trishabanda@gmail.com in addition to trisha_banda@hotmail.com which I provided. That still wouldn't explain why the King logo doesn't work for BW2 and BW3.

Hi I have followed all the steps sent by Support with no luck. I sent the screenshots again.
There must be another way…Support said User ID is different than King ID.

Are you tapping the word king at the very top
I would not know if you had different IDs for each game it should reveal them by tapping on the single word king at the top of your screenshot
If not you will need to go back to support and explain 💓
Hi @PrettyBubbles here are the screenshots of what happens when I click on profile for both games. Where else to look? My King ID is 98988999889.…is that what you have? Should it work fo both games?

Hi my friend your King ID what you say you have sent them if correct should be sufficient
I have tested the tap on King on my device and it's working try refreshing but closing down and leaving your device off for a moment or two
If it still does not work then explain this to them 💓
