Hi @milsa sorry to hear that. It sounds as though you have only recently downloaded your game. I suggest first that you uninstall and reinstall again to see if this was just a blip in your download. What game and device and program are you using. If you type @ followed by my name and then select it from the drop down that appears so it turns black that way I will be notified ππ
