I cannot connect to my King account

Level 1

I cannot connect to my King account and have lost at least 500 levels of progress. Also the cat works had been totally complete and I had over 40,000 coins (not gold bars). How do I get all that back?

    I can not login to my BW3 through my King account. I keep getting a message "There was a connection error, try again in a bit" this has been going on for days now. I've over a 1000 levels cleared, how do I get my account back?

    My account through google play will not let me log in on other devices besides my phone I keep getting the same error message. The app was crashing on one of my devices ever since resetting it I haven't been able to log in and I have tried everything

    Sorry to hear about that 😮

    Could you try clearing the Google Play Store and the game app cache and see if that helps?

    1) Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings' 

    2) Locate the menu called 'Apps' 

    3) Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store' 

    4) From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache. 

    5) Go back to Apps and search for the game and clear the cache as well.

    Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - not to worry, it's just a reset.

    How can I connect my king account to a different email.

    Hi @ReptileMom1967, I see you are a New Bee and a big Welcome to our Community.

    Here are some steps you can take.

    1. Open your app, and make sure you are logged in to your King account.
    2. Select the King profile from the settings menu (the cog wheel).
    3. On the Account Settings page, your email is displayed and underneath is an "Edit" button.

    How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

    If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

    Please select your device that you are playing on an this game, then you click on any device and read to follow these troubleshooting steps of this problem that I hope this helps (These discussions solved by Community Team.) 😉

    ⚠️ Note ⚠️

    If you follow uninstall and reinstall any King's Game, you save your game's progress and gold bars are transferred but you have lost all of the boosters and your event will be reset or gone.
