Level 2787 keeps freezing. anyone able to get around this? Has happened to me about 4 times

I had this happen as well. I had already updated the app before I started playing. After the third time trying (having to close everything and restart) I sent a help desk ticket. They replied asking if I could send a screenshot or video. So I tried another attempt and recorded it; sure enough it froze in the same spot. I sent the video. This was a couple hours ago. I just got in try again and when level 2787 loaded, it was a different board and no freezing so I was able to finish.

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
n Leo's Cup, instead of increasing, the score decreases every time you pass a level. I have reported the problem several times but have not received any response.
