"HALLOWEEN WAS CONFUSING... ALL MY LIFE MY PARENTS SAID, 'NEVER TAKE CANDY FROM STRANGERS'. - AND THEN THEY DRESSING ME UP AND SAID, 'GO BEG FOR IT'. I DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO.DO! - I'D KNOCK ON PEOPLE'S DOORS AND GO. - 'TRICK OR TREAT... NO THANK YOU....
When we were kids, the rule around halloween was only a two block radius, and if we went in the house, we had to stay in. We used pillow cases to collect the candy. So, we would have two costumes, and two pillow cases each, hide one set in the garage, and off we went. Did the rounds, then went to the garage, chaged, grabbed the empty case and off we went again. We figured ourselves quite clever, pulling the wool over our mom's eyes. Like all mom, she knew! This was way back in the 60's, and home made treats were allowed and normal. the Popcorn Balls were always my favorite!

My Favorite Halloween Treat is my fur baby’s costume. Always puts a smile on my face and the faces of the children that are Trick or Treating. Of course sometime the pups aren’t so happy. 🥺
I love seeing how happy my nephews and nieces are when they get that candy lol
My favorite halloween treat is candy corn and candy apple
