    Hello, is bbws3 over? Last update was more than 40days ago, does it mean game is done?

    Hi @dede2000, no the game is not over, thankfully. ๐Ÿ˜€ What level are you on? Can you tell me are you playing on your pc or phone. You might want to check to see if you have the latest version of your app.

    hi, level 3100 , on pc. thanks, more than a month for updates is a good way to drive people away from this game

    Hi @dede2000 Have you checked to see if there are any pending up dates also have you tried logging out and turning your device off and on

    What platform are using also have changed to windows 10 if not you need to move over to windows 10 it is free for you to add to your pc

    Let me know if you have followed the above then I can take it from there ๐Ÿ‘โญ

    so u askin me if i casually put my pc on and off, i have w10 and if i check for updates...ok hahahaha , no joke intended but come on...

    Hi @dede2000, if you will, please log out of the game on your pc, then log back in. That sometimes kicks it back in. Just trying the simple fixes that sometimes work. We always try the easy fixes .. like make sure they are not playing on FB (because there are no more updates). Make sure they have downloaded the app from Microsoft store (that is why she is asking what platform) and is using Windows 10. So don't just turn you pc off then back on. Please log out of the game and then back in. Let us know if that worked please ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ‘ป

    well, so i did this many times, theres the classic announce " want new levels just update blabla", then it sends me on msstore, wich says im ok for updates. If their isnt any its ok, i ll change game.

    I got it from msstore, not even connected to fb, w10, loged out and in xxxxxxxxxxxx times

If you do not know how to find it. Open the game and select the account button on your start menu on a pc then double tap the king logo above this will reveal your ID. PrettyBubbles will see this tomorrow morning, please have patience with us as she is on a different time zone

    doing so , i had to connect to a king account for my game, wich changed all, and i lost +300 bonuses..thats it for me, i ll play something with less bugs. Extremely pissed off.

    user id 7446393726 to obtain this, i lost 59 - 82- 76 - 50 22 - 1 bonuses....all of em. *Edited by CM: rude*

    @PrettyBubbles yea lol, 45 days no update, and the solution for me to get information following your instructions lead to me losing 2 years of bonuses. Thanks for help, it was really really helpful. So u let go my problem, cos im pissed of about it or cos u dont have a clue? Thx soooo much for your help that made only things worth, and wich after seeing the effect on me you decide to stop.

    I am so disapointed by king , its a very good way to drive people away.

    @dede2000 The only advice you were given was to log out of your game and restart your device to see if this helped reset things this procedure does not cause you to loose anything it is only a uninstall that will do this thats why we only ever reccomend that as a very last resort. The advice you was given was the very first process as it can help without you loosing anything. The fact that you say you lost everything wont have been down to our advice.

    I can only presume that something else took place

    If your boosters were what you collected free we can not replace them however if any were purchased you can send you ID to customer support so they can confirm your purchases if they are satisfied they will refund you

    Again I ask you not to use language when you are responding to us this will twice now that I have asked this again it is not acceptable

    yea great , so no, idid only what u told me to do, and this is the result ,and ofc u tell me theres nothing to do, i wont get em back ok ok ok . Thanks so much for your help, it just killed my game. I didnt reinstall, didnt do anything else but what u told me, and the result is here. I advise you try help people a little better, thanks. I do not use any impolite language, just normal words, there are no insult whatsoever, and if you are surprised that i am unhappy with your help and threats, well im sorry but u can expect that.

    Now, my game is dead thanks to your advises, and yet u threaten me of whatever kind of ban cos im not happy? this cant be serious. Are you a king employee?

    @dede2000 I suggest you have a rethink about whether or not you have used impolite language....WTF and being pissed off in the context of your posts is in my opinion decidedly insulting and impolite, and your underlying aggression therein is palpable... I am fully supportive of @PrettyBubbles stepping away...
