The recent individual challenge to get 125 stars has finished. I had 186 last I checked but might have played more games during the challenge period so that might be low but still well above the 125 to qualify for the top prize. When I opened the game this evening, the game congratulated me on winning, said "here's your prize", a chest popped up, DIDN'T open or offer anything, closed, and popped off my screen. I never got anything. Anyone else having issues?

    Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache. I still like to pass it on. Maybe you will get an answer then !!

  • Hi @gollyG I believe you are talking about the magic ritual challenge this challenge unfortunately has a bug this time round I myself get offered to join the challenge but it is not loaded on to my game. This has been raised and feedback Is expected.

    We will let you know as soon as we get it.

    In the meantime I am sorry for your problem of not receiving your awards 😌

    I've spoken to support and they will report this to the studio!

    In the meantime, check your game as they will be sending you a compensation as an apologies so hope these will find their way to your game soon πŸ˜‰

    Will I ever get the Magic Ritual team event back? I didn't play much for a couple days, and since for the most part I'm the only one contributing to it, it ruined out and never came back. I emailed about it but never received a reply. That was about a week ago. I usually get through one in 2 or 3 days so I've missed it on a lot.

    I also keep running out of Fairy Dust, which is very frustrating. If I don't play a few hours every day is gone. That's a bit excessive, although I confess, not too uncommon! Earlier today I went to collect from my neighbors and had 5 show up but when I clicked on one they all disappeared.
