    Hi @woosh you mentioned Facebook book is doing an update but it won't be any updates for your game as we keep explaining until you play via king only your issue will continue. If move to king and loose levels I can get those restored manually πŸ‘

    @PrettyBubbles, I will give King a try, but seems they have the same issues as FB from what I’ve read. Do I need to wait until the glitch is fixed or transfer over now. Once I’m playing thru King, yes, I would appreciate you moving me back to my original level. Please advise when I should make the move.

    Hi @woosh please change as soon as you can so we can get you back to your game play.

    If you loose levels please try first to play 1 level then log out of the game and turn your off and on.

    Let me know how that goes first and we can take it from there πŸ‘πŸ™‚

    @PrettyBubbles, Since I never played thru King, wasn’t sure how it could take me back to my level, but gave it a shot with no luck. I played so often, I can’t remember my exact level, I know I was close to 2290, if not higher. This is looking to be a loss cause.

    Hi @woosh your levels have been restored please log out of your game and turn your device off and on they should be there if not play one level and repeat the process πŸ‘

    I don't play through facebook and I haven't been able to get any lives or several months

    Unfortunately this fix is still ongoing let's hope the next update solves this issue. So keep your eye out for any pending updates.

    Also it can help sometimes if you log out of the game and turn your device off and on as a reboot can encourage blips to reset themselves 🌝🌟
