Hi everyone. Previously asked this question but needed to clarify things. I received two responses, but my question wasn't answered. I play BWS3 on my PC that already has Windows 10. I got to level 1420 and got a message saying that in order to play new levels I had to play on a mobile device. I don't have a mobile device and need to know who to contact to find out why I can't continue on to new levels on my PC. This doesn't seem right?? Thanks for any help. P.S. how do I reply to people who have replied to my question? Thanks all!!
@mackeedoo To reply to people just scroll to bottom of the post and you will see the comment box. You can tag the person using @ USERNAME then press enter so it goes bold or click quote on the persons comment you want to reply to and this puts it at the top of your discussion box, they also get notified then.
You playing on a win 10 PC but are you playing through Facrbook or the Windows 10 app

Hi @mackeedoo Can you please send a screenshot of your screen with the message on it will help us to resolve it better as this is only correct for BW2 players ๐ค
PC users have just received an update in Microsoft store with new levels so this is strange I am wondering if you are in Facebook ๐
Here is a screen shot of the message i am getting. When i hit accept and try to move on to the next chapter, it will not allow me to do so. I am playing on a PC with Windows 10 on Facebook. Have been playing for years this way. Any help wuold be appreciated!! Thanks!!!

Okay - here is what the screen shot says: Play on Mobile! Sorry, we're not releasing any more levels here! But brand new levels await on BWS3 mobile! then there is a green button that says Accept. I've attached a bigger screen shot to see if that helps
Hi @mackeedoo You need to be playing via windows 10 through Microsoft store as this is where PC users updates are loaded

I have your level here so if you loose levels please send me your game ID and I will get them restored for you ๐
I have never heard of Microsoft Store - is it easy to do? Does it cost anything? Please advise, thanks :)
Hi @mackeedoo No its free and is available through windows 10 it works like any other app store it's where you will download games or anything you want you should see the options when you use windows 10 you select the Microsoft store and download your game via there.
Let me ask @johamilton if she will join and provide you with some screenshots as they can help you better than just being told as you get to actually see what I am trying to explain ๐๐
