How do I recover my progress?
I recently got a new phone and while my progress in the game was saved, the special bubbles I had acquired disappeared. Further, the progress I made with each medal was saved, but the reward for each medal has restarted, i.e., instead of receiving 8500 for freeing fairies, it has reset to 50.

Hi 🙋♀️ @holdmt5 Sorry to here that. What process did you do that lost you you're levels 🤔
You will need to check for updates as we have just recently had one then log out of the game turn your device off for at least 1 minute then log back in if the levels still don't restore then play 1 level and then repeat the process. Let me know if this corrects it for you.

Hi @nese1947 Sorry to hear that did you have your progress saved if so you can play 1 level then close your game and turn your device off and on and your levels will be restored.
Please let me know first if this procedure works if not I can try to help you further but as long as you had your game saved this will work 👍🌟
