Here is the screenshot. When I restarted things, the days to claim reset back to 7, but it still gives me the same no connection message for the witchโs path. For the royal path, it will bring up the screen showing the 50 gold bars, but if I tap on it, nothing happens.

This fix is more complex than the studio original thought but they are still working hard a fix its just taking more time than planned
In the meantime please dont carry out and further trouble shooting with this issue as it will effect the fix
We ask if you could continue your patience a little while longer please.
Hopefully your royal pass will reconnect soon.

Glad this is finally fixed but a little disappointed that I was unable to claim all the spells that I'd previously collected on both paths. I don't have enough gold for the Royal Path this time round ๐ญ. Couldn't we have a bonus level added to win some gold bars to help those that used their gold in the previous Royal Pass g
Hi guys you all should have now received the fix which was rolled out yesterday we are sorry for those that missed out last time but its good news that the challenge was able to be fixed otherwise it would of been removed.
I for one would of been gutted should that have happened

Sorry to hear you are having problems. The spell book does keep experiencing connection issue. If you restart the game this can clear it if not give it time before trying to claim your rewards.
A fix was done at the end of the last spell book.
I will keep my eye on this and if it becomes a known continual issue I will raise it again ๐๐
