Hello. I was playing this game by facebook but now I can´t play and I have downloaded the game. The issue is that I am on the same level as on facebook (821) but here, the space key does not work for me, and I cannot change the balls. I mean, I can shoot and direct the shot with the mouse, but I cannot change the balls. Some help???? Thank you.

I can´t change the balls because key space doesn´t work in the game and I don´t know how I can change the balls

Hi @martagea thanks for reposting but I am sorry I still don't understand are you on about when you put a bubble in the orb so that a different colour comes out 🤔

the problem is I can´t choose the ball. For example if I have one red and one blue and I want to throw before the blue, I don´t have any key to cchange the ball

@martagea you don't have a key to select a different colour if you are using mobile you just tap on it to select it. If you use a PC I presume you select it with your mouse can you tell us what device you are using please 👍⭐

I use PC and when I played by facebook I shooted with the mousse but I chosed the ball with space key and that key now is not able to this function.

Hi @martagea if your space key on your keyboard is not working we can't fix that for you but as I dont use a pc I might be missing something so I will ask @johamilton to join as she uses a pc and may here something that I dont 👍⭐

HI @martagea, I downloaded the game on my laptop. I play on my phone. I use a mouse on my laptop and all I have to do is point to the bubble shooter and it changes bubbles for me. Here is a pic

Thank you!!!!!! Another issue. I played by facebook and I achieved the 821 level, but now I can´t play by facebook, and I have tried it by some browsers (chrome, firefox, opera...). Do you know how can I return to the 821 level??? because when I have downloaded the game, I have to play from the beginnin and this is so boring to me.
