My Astral contest isn't working

Hi, is there any word on the Astral contest? It's still not working.

Also, is there any idea on when there will be more to build in the tree on Bubble3?

Hi @Cane26 as we have not heard anything regarding this since may we presumed it was sovled as it was not the next step to help you as you have tried the first part of trouble shooting Is to do a uninstall. Please make sure your game is saved. The warning is you will loose any boosters as they are saved to your phone not your game. If you do this process once you have reinstalled the game play any level then log out and restart your device of your game is saved all progress will be restored. Let me know what you decide. With regard to spending your star dust the studio are looking into this and need some suggestions head over here https://community.king.com/en/bubble-witch-saga/discussion/303040/stardust-suggestions-for-the-studio#latest and go to bottom of the page select page 1 and have a read and please leave us your idea as once we get enough ideas we will pass them on to studio 🌟 👍🙂

Hi, I’m not getting all my magic ritual points. At the end of the game, or when you pass a difficult level etc. I sometimes only get 4 points and I should get 7 or 2 and I should get 3..

@KimElston, I was able to save game, delete it, and then reinstall BW3. Everything is working good so far. Thank you

I am getting same problem. I finished level1945 and was awarded 3points but it only showed 2 so when I finished 1946 and received 5 I has total of 7 showing instead of the 8 I had earned.

Hi @alanc12345 Sorry to hear that

Yes for some reason every now and again the addition has a blip and I appreciate its frustrating as it's the difference between winning and loosing.

When there is not a known issues with any event we just trouble shoot with you.

We have had an update recently please check yours is still not pending

Clear your cash and log out of the game then turn your device off and on.

Hopefully this will reset your blip you are experiencing if not for this duration but for the next
