My Astral contest isn't working

@Lotti1 hi it looks like you have completed the tree house and the cats are congratulating you. It will still stay there as the team are working on something new to continue using your stardust but we dont have a target date yet. Can you explain more about your other issue and I will help if I can βπ

Thanks for the answer.
With the other problem, the Astra competition is no longer responding. The contest is over. On screen with exclamation point. I am constantly being asked to claim my prize. Whatever I do and then nothing happens. I have to close the game and restart it to continue playing. It is quite frustrating.

@Lotti yes this does seem a problem can you send a screen shot and I will see if I can get further information for you. The main thing is that you can get back into your game although closing and re opening Is annoying. π

@Lotti1 hi thanks but I can't see any red warning symbols you mentioned which is what I was looking for just the screens that annoyingly you have to keep to closing in order to play your game. π€π
