    There's an issue with level 4788 ๏ปฟ@PrettyBubbles ๏ปฟ , the screenshot is self explanatory really. Release the owls, which i did, but, um, yeah...where are the last 3 hiding? ๐Ÿคญ I released them all on my first attempt, but obviously that won't count now ๐Ÿ˜ญ The game freezes after releasing them as well.

    And for some reason i couldn't post this in Support.

    Hi @DU123 Oops You seem to be having regular freezing issues. Although we do experience them from time to time it shouldn't be repetitive.

    Let's ask a few questions and try some various trouble shooting.

    As your vehicle of play do you use windows 10, A kindle, mobile or Facebook

    Windows 10 should be good to go

    Kindle has issues depending on what browser you use

    Mobile via play store she be good to go.

    Facebook always has issues expecialy if you have passed level 1420 as no Facebook book are available after that

    Let me know your vehicle of play and what browser you are using and we can go from there ๐Ÿ‘โญ

    @PrettyBubbles i'm more concerned that there are only 180 owls not 183 as it's showing. I've released every owl yet in the corner it says 180 of 183. Where are the other 3?

    The freezing solves itself generally. I only play on mobile.

    Hi @DU123 Yes the freezing does correct itself quickly

    With the owls I have seen this a few times and as it corrects itself on the next go unfortunately it can't be duplicated by our studio and as it is not known issue from a number of players at the same time there is nothing for to look into.โญ๐Ÿ‘

    Hi @PrettyBubbles, my tree has been frozen for several days. I cleared 2 tiles & when I checked back later that day other players had cleared all tiles except for 1 color. It's been frozen since then which was 4 days ago. I wish that this was my only issue with this game. I haven't had ads for extra plays or bubbles for months now, have lost track of how many boosters that have disappeared from my game & Stella's hats have also disappeared for several days at a time. Lately it's becoming less pleasurable & relaxing to play. All of the frustration over glitches & issues has me seriously considering a permanent uninstall. โ˜น

    Hi @MicheleHogg We dont currently have any known issues

    What I can say is similar happened to me with the tree and I don't know what browser you use but I figured it out it was in fact a chrome update that caused this blip it always happens when chrome updates something is sure to go wrong

    If it applies to you then you need to go into settings and disable chrome then re start your device then go enable it again

    If chrome does not apply to you then its connection issues causing you're problems as there is nothing on our end right now.

    Have you tried the usual logging out and turning your device off for a few minutes ๐Ÿ‘โญ

    Hi @PrettyBubbles, thanks for your assistance. I'm not using Chrome to play so this is not the issue. Also, I close the game & log out after each play so this is not the issue. As I said earlier these issues have been ongoing for months and it's very frustrating. โ˜น

    I do the same but have had blips with the tree on and off but I just go with it as it is an excellent feature and I would hate to many complaints that may result in it being removed

    Has the tree reset itself for you yet ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ‘
