What I can say is similar happened to me with the tree and I don't know what browser you use but I figured it out it was in fact a chrome update that caused this blip it always happens when chrome updates something is sure to go wrong
If it applies to you then you need to go into settings and disable chrome then re start your device then go enable it again
If chrome does not apply to you then its connection issues causing you're problems as there is nothing on our end right now.
Have you tried the usual logging out and turning your device off for a few minutes ๐โญ
Hi @PrettyBubbles, thanks for your assistance. I'm not using Chrome to play so this is not the issue. Also, I close the game & log out after each play so this is not the issue. As I said earlier these issues have been ongoing for months and it's very frustrating. โน
Hi @anidlepoint At the moment I am not aware of a new known issue with the tree
Have you updated, cleared cache from your devices settings options and then log out not just close the game then leave your device off for a couple of minutes
