For some reason I’ve lost all my progress. I was on some level in the 300s but today I got on and was asked to accept new terms and lost all my data. I have tried to access links from other threads that had answers but for some reason I am not able to

Happy to help once we have your ID but by any chance, what happens if you try to connect the game app back to your Facebook or King account?
