Hi @DU123 , Debbie what did you not understand? You completed all of the hands to get the badge and all of the boosters. I see you received the badge. You should have also received the Boosters on the 18th also.

Sorry to bother you... I posted screenshots for the full range of hands but didn't receive the boosters or badge (as far as I can tell - I only see the boosters I purchased myself). This is probably because I'm new to the community and there may be some additional information you need from me? I'm not sure what information you need, though. I'm logged in to BWS3 through Google and I don't see any other profile information/numbers from within the game.
If you have a moment to help me out with this, I would be very grateful.

Edit: I didn't realize that there would be so many comments/notifications to sift through, so I never saw your comment on my game post. For the record, the screenshots I posted honestly were new scores, I just kept forgetting to grab the screenshot before I pushed the "next" button (out of habit) and by then it was too late and there was nothing I could do to get that screen back. It sounds like I won't be able to get the boosters, which stinks since I played a lot of levels to get the full range of hands. I wish there was some other way to prove that my scores were new scores after all of my efforts. Bummer.

Hi @Walezy they were sent March 21st and again on the 28th. Are you playing on a pc or phone? Please log out of your game then log back in let’s see is it will reset it and the boosters will then show up.
