Hi @rich125w6 , are you logging in thru facebook or thru your King account?
Make sure to try signing out and back into your account within the app to see if that helps :)
I use an Android device, login/use app. Game will not connect to internet. This is happening on a couple of King games I play. Can you tell me way?
Hi @rich125w6 Let's first check you are connected
Select the cogg wheel bottom left you should see a blue tab saying profile if you don't have the profile tab it will read connect if this is the case it means you are not connected and will need to select connect and follow the instructions

Hi @rich125w6 In addition it may be your device is no longer compatible, as from the 30 May 2022, Bubble Witch 3 Saga no longer supports iOS 9 and Android 4 👍⭐
What should I do? I have not seen the Internet game since March. I reinstalled the game several times , reinstalled Windows , but the game does not see the Internet . It became not interesting to play .

The blue tab in your screenshot can you tell me if it translates to either connect or profile 👍⭐
Yes Windows 10 . In the first picture under ? "Log in." On the second "No connection!"
