Facebook-connected players need to check their privacy settings and see if they have allowed Facebook to share their info in the game.๐

Hi @Ariangne I did not realise you was playing via Facebook
I think the first thing you need to do if you are still playing through Facebook is to move to either windows 10 or mobile device (none Facebook)
king no longer supports the Facebook platform

Oh no Iโm not playing via Facebook. Iโm playing mobile, IOS. When I log into the app, my facebook login doesnโt have my saved data. My Apple ID login is what has my saved data.
