Beanstalk full, why can’t I get any further?

My husband has reached top of the beanstalk and cannot progress any further, a message comes up that says time to relax while new amazing areas are coming, is this a problem on his iPad or is he at a point that you are still developing this area of the game?

Nothing wrong with his iPad! We're adding more magical areas to the game so the message is right, it's time to relax.
Simply by keeping the game app up to date will ensure you'll receive all of the exciting things coming your way!

I have completed level 2 on BW3 but cannot go up the beanstalk to the next level I just keep getting message saying that I’ve done a good job, why is that please0
